Florida Audio Expo confirms Bart Andeer is no longer authorized to act for the company and advises the public to verify any solicitations using its name.

TAMPA, FL, UNITED STATES, April 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Florida Audio Expo, LLC f/k/a Suncoast Audio Fest, LLC, the producer of the Florida Audio Expo ("FLAX"), issues this statement to inform its exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, attendees, and the broader audio community of the following:

Bart Andeer is no longer a manager of Florida Audio Expo, LLC, and has no authority whatsoever to act on behalf of the Company, the Florida Audio Expo, or any affiliated event. Mr. Andeer is not authorized to enter into contracts, collect payments, make reservations, or conduct any business on behalf of the Florida Audio Expo.

The Company has become aware of potential confusion in the marketplace and wants to clarify that any solicitation using the Florida Audio Expo name that is not directly authorized by the Company is not affiliated with FLAX. Any such solicitation is unauthorized and is not affiliated with the Florida Audio Expo. The Company is not aware of any confirmed misuse but is issuing this notice out of an abundance of caution.

The Florida Audio Expo continues to be owned and operated by Florida Audio Expo, LLC, under the management of John Chait, Michael Bovaird, and Ammar Jadusingh. The Company is actively working to protect its brand, its exhibitors, and its community.
